How long will my cookies last?

Freshness: Up to 7 days once you receive and open your vacuum-sealed bags (if shipped) or delivered box.

Freezer-friendly: Cookies can be frozen (in their sealed bags) for up to 3 months—just thaw and enjoy when the craving hits.

Is a receipt included with my order?

No, receipts are not placed inside your cookie box. If gifting, select “add a note” at checkout so your recipient knows who sent the sweet surprise.

Do your cookies contain any wheat/dairy/nuts or other allergens?

Our cookies are not baked in an allergen-free facility. They may contain or come in contact with eggs, milk, wheat, soy, and nuts. If you have severe allergies, we recommend avoiding our products.

When will MY cookies ship?

We ship cookies Monday–Thursday via USPS & UPS to ensure freshness. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking info.

How far in advance do i need to place my order?

We bake fresh-to-order. Please place your order at least 2 days in advance.
